Digital custom figurines usually take 2–4 business days to create after your order is confirmed.
If you’re ordering a physical 3D-printed version, production takes about 15 business days.

Yes! We provide a 3D digital preview for approval before starting production. You can request modifications at this stage. Production begins only after your approval.

Yes, expedited orders are available for an additional fee. Expedited orders can be fulfilled within 10 business days. Please contact us immediately after placing your order to arrange for expedited processing.

Our skilled artists can work with most photo conditions. We can enhance, restore, and work with vintage or damaged photos. Additional fees may apply for extensive photo restoration work.
