Your satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds for your custom 3D figurines.

We stand by the quality of our custom figurines. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re committed to making it right. Your happiness is our priority.

If your figurine arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage.

Since each figurine is custom-made to your specifications, returns for reasons other than damage or defect are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your figurine doesn’t accurately reflect the approved design, contact us to discuss a resolution, which may include a remake or partial refund.

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our customer support team at support@hibuu.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

Yes! You can add multiple figurines to your cart. Each figurine can have different customizations, photos, and specifications. Bulk orders may qualify for discounts.

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund.
